Last chance-Camp Staff: Philmont Scout Ranch staff positions

Camp Staff: Philmont Scout Ranch
Approximately 1,100 positions

The Philmont Scout Ranch near Cimarron, New Mexico will be hiring approximately 1,100 young men and women over the age of 18, to work as staff in a wide variety of settings such as: backcountry guide, conservation, ranch development, food service, office support, news and photo service, security, and medical to name a few.

The summer staff will earn an average of $950/month plus room and board. In some cases, college credit can be earned and scholarships are offered to staff members as well. The majority of summer employment contracts run from mi-May to August 22nd making this a good summer income for college students.
