They are very short handed in the office and will NOT accept walk-ins or applications in person.
But they ARE anxious to find people for the Chef to interview ASAP- and will look at all applications.
If you have at least 1 full year as a cook or a chef and are interested in these positions, then follow these directions:

2) If you have a resume (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED) then e-mail it to Andrea with a short message indicating what position(s) you have applied for and why you'd be good for the job(s).
3) After you apply on line and send an e-mail Andrea - then call her. If Andrea is unavailable and Donna answers her line, then ask to leave a voice mail for Andrea. SPEAK SLOWLY & CLEARLY. BE POLITE & FRIENDLY Let them know you have applied on-line, and ask them to look for your resume & e-mail.
