Job opening for Reporting and Data Analyst

Reporting and Data Analyst
Entry level position for an individual with a high attention to detail, willingness and ability to learn new functions and tasks, structured and organized work, personality suitable for producing scheduled reporting and ad hoc reporting.
College degree preferred with a focus on accounting, finance or information technology. This position would initially be heavily involved in Excel reporting and would evolve to include other applications, e.g. Encompass, Access, other 3rd party software.

Job Responsibilities:
· Scheduled reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad hoc reporting
· Data imports/exports
· Critical review of data to insure data integrity
· Creation and management of Encompass custom documents (MS Word)
· Interact with various software (Encompass, MS Office, DocVelocity) users for routine issues and requests

Required Skills:
· Knowledgeable user of Excel
· Knowledgeable user of MS Word (mail merge, files, switches)
· Experience with Excel functions, e.g. (Index, Match, hlookup, vlookup, Sumif(s), Countra, Countif(s)
· Awareness of MS Access
· Comfortable doing data analysis and reporting all day
· High attention to detail
· Moderate or higher communication skills suitable for patiently working with users on routine questions and requests
