College degree preferred with a focus on accounting, finance or information technology. This position would initially be heavily involved in Excel reporting and would evolve to include other applications, e.g. Encompass, Access, other 3rd party software.
Job Responsibilities:
· Scheduled reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad hoc reporting
· Data imports/exports
· Critical review of data to insure data integrity
· Creation and management of Encompass custom documents (MS Word)
· Interact with various software (Encompass, MS Office, DocVelocity) users for routine issues and requests
Required Skills:
· Knowledgeable user of Excel
· Knowledgeable user of MS Word (mail merge, files, switches)

Bank repossessed homes need interior cleaning
Monster Cleaning, LLC has bank repossessed homes that need interior cleaning. They pay $100 per house per crew. If there are two people on a crew, each person will get $50 per house. At times the crew will be able to clean the house in 2-3 hours (cleaner house) and longer periods of time needed for the houses in bad shape. You need your own transportation to the houses which are Valley wide. Each crew (probably two people) can clean 2-3 houses per day. You are paid every two weeks.
